Reconstitution & Storage Guide

A quick reference for preparing and storing lyophilized peptides. Always follow your own protocol and the guidance on each product page.

What you'll need

  • Your lyophilized peptide vial
  • Bacteriostatic or sterile water, or our Reconstitution Solution
  • A sterile syringe and alcohol swabs

Steps

  1. Sanitize the vial stoppers and your work surface.
  2. Draw your chosen volume of diluent into the syringe.
  3. Inject the diluent slowly, letting it run down the inside wall of the vial — do not spray directly onto the powder.
  4. Swirl gently to dissolve. Do not shake, as agitation can degrade the peptide.
  5. Once fully dissolved, store reconstituted product refrigerated at 2–8°C and protect from light.

Storage & stability

Lyophilized vials are stable refrigerated or frozen. Reconstituted peptides are generally stable for 10–14 days refrigerated; avoid freeze–thaw cycles. Refer to each product page for item-specific stability windows.
