Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Cold-chain items ship overnight with temperature-controlled packaging. Standard shipping is $25; overnight is $50. Tracking is provided on every order.

Handling & storage

Lyophilized and reconstituted peptides are temperature sensitive. Refrigerate most products at 2–8°C (36–46°F) and protect from light. Refer to each product page for item-specific storage and stability guidance.

Order cut-off

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day. Overnight shipments are not dispatched on Fridays or before holidays to avoid weekend transit of cold-chain goods.
